Dave has more than twenty years experience as an inspector. He holds multiple certifications including amongst others (ASHI) the American Society of Home Inspectors and (CREIA) the California Real Estate Inspection Association® .

 Chuck handles our insurance risk inspections and daily operations.

He is a member of  (ASHI) the  American Society of Home Inspectors

and the International Code Council. Chuck has over 20 years inspection experience, much which was gained as a Residential Risk Inspector & Homeowner Underwriter with AAA Insurance. Chuck's is no stranger to construction, growing up in a family of contractors. His community involvement includes Co-Chair-Flavor's of Marina,  past Director with The Salinas Valley Food & Wine Festival, volunteer with the Ag Against Hunger Organization and as an Event  Board Member with the  Gen Giammanco Foundation.
