Dave Bigham is a Salinas, California–based ASHI Certified Inspector with over 40 years of professional experience. He served ten years in the United States Navy as an inflight evaluator, where precision, safety, and accountability were essential.

After his military service, Dave worked as an analyst for the County of Monterey District Attorney office, followed by managerial leadership and corporate training roles with Household Credit and HSBC.

For the past 18 years, Dave has owned and operated Pro View Property Inspection. He is multi-certified at both state and national levels and delivers thorough, unbiased residential and commercial inspections with a focus on clarity, integrity, and trust.

HOW WE STARTED

In 2008, during the economic downturn, Dave Bigham drew on his background in analysis, leadership training, and professional evaluation to co-found Pro View Property Inspection. Rather than slow down, Dave built a company grounded in accuracy, accountability, and clear communication.
