Dave Bigham has owned and operated Pro View Property Inspection since 2008, where he combines extensive inspection experience with a career centered on analysis, attention to detail, and professional standards. As an ASHI Certified Inspector, Dave ensures that each property inspection meets the highest industry benchmarks. 

Before founding Pro View, Dave gained valuable experience over 10 years as an Analyst with the Monterey County District Attorney's Office and another 10 years as an In-Flight Evaluator with the U.S. Navy. These roles instilled in him a methodical, detail-oriented approach that he applies to every property inspection, whether it involves residential or commercial properties.

Dave holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and has served as a past chapter president of the California Real Estate Inspection Association (CREIA). He actively continues his professional education through CREIA and ASHI, ensuring he stays updated on industry practices, including essential services like mold testing and California-specific inspection standards.

Dave takes pride in delivering thorough, objective evaluations and explaining his findings in straightforward terms, empowering clients to make informed decisions with confidence.
